Individual Entry:

  • Registration Opens December 2, 2025
  • Registration Closes March 10, 2026
  • Qualifying Total Deadline: March 10, 2026
    • Note: There are no refunds for registered athletes not hitting their respective total
  • Weight Class Change Deadline: March 10, 2026
    • Note: dependent on space in the session for the new weight class
  • Withdrawal Deadline anytime before the start of the competition
    • Note: There are no refunds

Team Entry:

  • Team Registration Closes March 10, 2026
  • Final Team Roster Due March 10, 2026

Achieve the qualifying total (QT) between January 1st of the previous year and the deadline. The QT can be achieved at:

  • Any USA Powerlifting meet.
  • A High School State Championships sanctioned by either USA Powerlifting or the state’s High School Powerlifting/Sports Association

Outside totals only apply to High School Nationals. Junior High School qualifying totals must meet the same criteria.

Note: If a lifter wants to go down to a lighter weight class, they must re-qualify in the lighter weight class before the entry deadline.
Note: Lifters may not be switched to the new weight class session depending on space available.

Volunteers are always needed to help make an event great! Are you able to help? There are a variety of areas we can use help, even from those who are not powerlifters. Spouses, girlfriends/boyfriends, children, and parents who can volunteer a few hours through the weekend are welcome.

High School Nationals Fees

Lifter Registration Fee: $160

Team Registration Fee: $100 includes 2 4-day Coaching passes
Additional Team Coaching passes: $50 for each 4-day pass

Individual Coaching pass: $25/session or $75 for a 4-day pass

General Entry: $25/session or $75 for all four days

All coaches and lifters must be USA Powerlifting members to enter the warmup room.
